To be more specific, what do people feel, perceive, and behave when they communicate with them? How much extent people trust AIs? What happens if AIs violate people's trust? How should voice agents speak for more favorable evaluations of the users? Do they need to use more nonverbal languages? How should they provide the feedback? What can we do for the elderly to be more accessible to new technologies such as Fintech? How should the AI agent be presented for a more positive educational outcome? These are the questions we are currently investigating or will explore.
